Our Charges for Advertising Properties charges to O

We charge a nominal fee of £129 to construct your own individual web page. This can be emailed/printed to all prospective buyers with full text and up to 5 photos. You supply the photos and text, we can help you if required, to info@escapetocapeverde.com and send a cheque for £129 payable to Verde Properties Ltd to:

We can also guide you on the true valuation of your property. Once your individual web page is constructed, we will send you the details to send to family, friends and other interested parties. We will also advertise through trade publications and the internet, to give your property maximum exposure. When a buyer is found, and your property is successfully sold, we charge 2% commission of the selling price which is paid on completion. We can also arrange for our representative in Sal to organise viewings on your behalf at an additional fee of 1.5%, and help point you in the direction of solicitors and mortgage companies if required.
